Onsite – If you’d like to see one of our homes, we’d love to have you do so on your terms!
Our model homes remain open for touring. We are taking extra precautions to ensure a safe and sanitary experience for all visitors. We are ensuring that no more than ten people are in our model homes at the same time. We are also taking that extra step to wipe down all hard surfaces hourly and especially after each guest.
Our staff is scheduling private appointments for home tours while abiding by social distancing.

At Closing – When you’re ready to turn your dream into a reality, we have several options to make your closing as safe and easy as possible.
Social-distancing-friendly in-person closings

Contactless closings
eNotary services, or a notary who visits your home to finalize documents
Online completion of necessary paperwork
