Select Home & Homesite
Tour Our Homes & Homesites and select the right home and/or homesite for your new home.
We have Builder’s Showcased Homes with a pre-determined inventory
We also have New Build homes which are non-inventory homes, ones that have not yet been approved for construction.

Select Structural Options
Our dedicated community sales managers will help you explore our wide selection of options and upgrades to customize your home to your preferences.

Step 4
Sign Purchase Agreement
A purchase agreement will be drafted outlining all of the purchases for your new home.

Step 5
Building Permit Submitted & Obtained
Our construction team will begin submitting and obtaining the building permits for your new home.

Step 6
Pre-Construction Meeting
Meeting with the superintendent during which time you both review exterior and interior color selections chosen. This meeting is a very important meeting to ensure everyone is in agreement with the construction plans and is ready for “construction start”.

Step 7
Construction Start
The builder approval stage during which all necessary items have been submitted to the builder to successfully begin construction of a home.

Step 8
Watch Your Dream Home Take Shape
Throughout the construction journey, our dedicated sales managers will provide you with regular updates on the progress of your home and share photos along the way, keeping you informed and engaged in this exciting process of building your dream home. You will be fully informed during the various stages of construction such as; foundation, framing, drywall, interior trim and paint, fixtures and appliances, flooring, and landscaping.

Step 9
Framing Walk-Through Meeting
A formal meeting with the superintendent to go over the framing, electrical, plumbing and HVAC rough-ins before drywall installation. This allows for the verification of any custom mechanical and structural upgrades beyond the standard construction plan.

Step 10
Install of Personalized Selections
At this stage we will begin installing your personalized selections for Cabinetry, Countertops, Flooring & more!

Step 11
Closing Prep
Just prior to your closing date, you will be provided another opportunity to visit your new home with your builder to ensure that everything is in the exact order you want and that you are happy with your new home!

Step 12
New Home Orientation Meeting
Approximately one week prior to closing, we will conduct a New Home Orientation meeting. Our knowledgeable team will guide you through a comprehensive review of all the major systems, fixtures, appliances, and other essential features of your home. We will also provide you with in-depth explanations, ensuring that you are fully informed about how each aspect of your home operates. All discrepancies, cosmetic and otherwise, will be written on a walk-through form which will be provided at the meeting. You will also receive vital information regarding your maintenance responsibilities, emergency contacts and an overview of your home warranty. We ensure you have the necessary knowledge to take care of your home and address and future needs.

Step 13
Pre-Settlement Meeting
This meeting will be conducted approximately 2-5 days after the New Home Orientation Meeting and is normally on the same day of closing. The purpose of this meeting is to ensure all walk-through items have been substantially completed and/or have been scheduled for completion.

Step 14
Closing Day!
Congratulations! You have reached the final stage of your home buying journey. During this process, you will be presented with the keys to your new home as we warmly welcome you to your new home. Marking the beginning of a wonderful chapter in your life.
