I visited Joliff Landing today for a tour and it is an amazing community. The clubhouse is gorgeous with clubhouse rental space, fitness center and pool. If you love walking, there is a walking trail to get your exercise in. They are really building this community to be an asset in Chesapeake for professional couples and families.
