I visited Joliff Landing today for a tour and it is an amazing community. The clubhouse is gorgeous with clubhouse rental space, fitness center and pool. If you love walking, there is a walking trail to get your exercise in. They are really building this community to be an asset in Chesapeake for professional couples and families.
Very nice community. Clubhouse is definitely worth the $80. Love the trails. The ranch upstairs master very roomy and the bath is perfect. I enjoyed my visit. 1st CLASS REAL ESTATE INTEGRITY
Models were beautiful. Loved the flow of the living spaces and kitchen.
